Can I use Little Sparks without signing up to a 12 month agreement?

Yes you can, but you will not be taking advantage of the free call out hour and reduced ongoing hourly rate for any further support you might require.

What do I do when I find an electrical issue?

Log into your portal and submit information and supporting photos/videos to help us diagnose the issue ahead of arriving at your property.

Does this agreement cover my appliances?

No, the cover is for any electrical failures and issues unrelated to appliance failure.

Does the cover include parts and materials?

Materials will be quoted for in addition to the hourly rate. We will however make your home safe at no extra cost as part of the initial call out.
